Joel Tosi
Joel is Owner and Co-Founder of Dojo & Co. For the past 12 years, Joel has been coaching organizations like Target, Northwest Mutual, Nielsen, RR Donnelly, Thomson Reuters, Disney, Pearson, and Verizon in developing new product delivery practices. He has been a dojo coach for more than 6 years.

Llewellyn Falco
Llewellyn Falco is an agile technical coach who specializes in teaching teams how to slay their legacy code dragons. His style is akin to a personal trainer: working with the teams to create healthy and lasting technical habits.
He is the creator of the open source testing tool ApprovalTests, co-author of the Mob Programming Guidebook, and co-founder of Teaching Kids Programming. As an internationally renowned speaker, he has presented over 200 conference sessions since 2009.

Bill Allen
Bill Allen is a life-long software developer, helping organizations to apply Software Crafting and Product Discovery in their journey to develop “the right” products. His experiences cover a broad range of industries: FinTech, Big Data, Telecommunications and Automotive.
Bill began his career as a programmer for Sears Roebuck & Co. He then spent 20 years as a consultant developing software for every financial exchange in Chicago (except the Chicago Stock Exchange). Bill regularly presents at conferences on a wide range of topics such as TDD/BDD, Learning Organizations, and Product Discovery.
Bill resides in Chicago. When he is not husbanding, fathering, biking, or working, he is found mentoring. He understands the importance of imparting knowledge to the next generation of software engineers, using weekly Mob Programming hangouts and the user group, Chicago Agile Open Space, that he founded over 10 years ago.
Brian Berzins
Brian is an agile technical coach with an emphasis on technical practices and unblocking teams. He has been pair/mob programming and practicing test-driven development for over a decade.
Experimentation and learning are a fundamental part of how Brian gets work done. He works with teams to combine this view with solid feedback loops - “try, fail, improve, repeat”.
Chris Pipito
Chris has been coaching teams since 2012. He’s worked in multiple industries including Automotive, Financial, Insurance, Retail, and Scientific and Technical Services. He helps teams improve product discovery, software development, and process practices.
He encourages adoption of an experimental approach, helping teams and organizations improve their current practices and develop new capabilities.
